CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is looking for an IT Support professional to provide first-level assistance to employees, procure and install devices, and ensure smooth operation of telecom systems. You will meet new hires to review setup, support client projects, and maintain SOPs across CTI devices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working with Desktops, Laptops, First-Level Support issues, in a complex IT environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support to CTI employees for hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Procure and install new electronic devices such as PCs.
• Meet with new employees to review setup and procedures for computer and telecommunication devices.
• Provide billable IT support to client projects.
• Assist with implementing and supporting third party applications.
• Maintain CTI internal systems such as phones, copiers, and other equipment.
• Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity.
• Train employees as needed on IT products and enhancements revolving around.
• Assist with testing and validation.
• Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI SOPs.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies; replenish as needed while watching the budget.
• Meet all project deadlines on time and on budget.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide support to CTI employees for critical IT needs outside of regular business hours.
