PrimeIT in Porto is seeking an IT Support specialist with over 3 years of experience in IT support and helpdesk to assist users, troubleshoot issues, and manage accounts and access.

Proficiency in French and English (both B2) is mandatory, and you will join a dynamic team supporting national and international projects.

• Experience in user support including account and access management
• French: B2 mandatory
• English: B2 mandatory
