Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work on this project in Lisbon (Hybrid). Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure management in a corporate environment; advanced Windows OS, AD, and MS 365;

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking foranIT Support Analystto work in this project inLisbon (Hybrid).

Must have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure management in a corporate environment;
• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365;
• Working knowledge of macOS (basic configuration and troubleshooting);
• Good working knowledge of SCCM and practical experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions;
• Solid familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting tools for system automation, configuration, and bulk management;
• Deep understanding of PC hardware architectures, diagnostic tools, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and meeting rooms support (Cisco and Microsoft TEAMS rooms);
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and SLA-driven service delivery;
• Fluent in English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• French language skills are a strong plus/extra.
