A Dellent procura um Engenheiro DevSecOps para atuar em projetos na área de serviços financeiros, com posição híbrida em Lisboa ou Porto.

Requer-se engenharia informática, 6–9 anos de experiência, forte domínio em CI/CD, containers e segurança de aplicações, bem como experiência com AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenShift e automação de IaC.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou equivalente.
• Entre 6 e 9 anos de experiência profissional.
• 5+ anos em DevOps, Infra Engineering, SRE ou funções relacionadas.
• 3+ anos liderando inovações, protótipos ou melhorias arquiteturais.
• Histórico de reduzir toil e aumentar velocidade da equipe.
• Familiaridade com serviços financeiros ou setores regulamentados é desejável.
• Princípios de Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) com prática comprovada.
• Proficiência em Python, Go, Java ou Bash.
• Forte experiência em CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Experiência profunda em containers (Docker) e orquestração (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Administração de Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
• Uso de Git com GitFlow e estratégias de branches.
• Experiência em nuvem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Boa compreensão de segurança de aplicações (OWASP Top 10).
• Automação de SAST/DAST (SonarQube, Checkmarx, ZAP).
• Experiência com varredura de container (Trivy/Aqua) e gestão de Secrets (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
• Conhecimento de frameworks de conformidade (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX) e policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno).
• Entendimento de agentes de IA e aplicações LLM em operações.
• Familiaridade com prompts de engenharia e ferramentas baseadas em LLM.
• Conhecimentos em Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Grafana, Datadog e logging centralizado.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como Engenheiro DevSecOps em projetos na área financeira com atuação híbrida em Lisboa ou Porto.
• Contribuir para automação, segurança de aplicações e melhoria de pipelines CI/CD.
• Implementar IaC, monitoramento, observabilidade e gestão de logs em ambientes multi-nuvem.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid). Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience;
• 5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or related roles;
• 3+ years driving innovation, prototyping technologies, or leading architectural improvements;
• Proven track record of reducing manual toil and improving team velocity;
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is preferred;
• Expert-level Infrastructure-as-Code principles and practices (tool-agnostic);
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or Bash;
• Strong CI/CD expertise: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions;
• Deep containerization (Docker) and orchestration experience (Kubernetes, OpenShift);
• Experience with Linux/Unix system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu);
• Git mastery (GitFlow, branching strategies);
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Good understanding of Application security principles (OWASP Top 10);
• Good understanding of Security scanning automation: SAST/DAST (SonarQube, Checkmarx, ZAP);
• Good understanding of Container security scanning (Trivy, Aqua), Secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), Compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX) and Security policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno);
• Understanding of AI agents and LLM applications in operations;
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM-based tooling;
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog and Centralized logging (ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch);
• Good level of English Language.
