Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an IT Governance & Risk Specialist in Lisbon to oversee IT governance, manage risk, and support the CIO in steering committees. You will drive DORA compliance, maintain risk registers, and coordinate with corporate teams to formalize controls and documentation.

The role requires expertise in governance standards, IT security, and fluent French (C1). A structured, multi-cultural collaboration style will be essential to succeed locally and with group-level

Qualificações

• Domain in Finance/Insurance.
• Expertise in IT and IT Security.
• Know-how in governance and risk management standards (COBIT, COSO, ISO 31000, ITIL, NIST, DORA).
• Technical: Office package, ServiceNow.
• Fluent in French (C1 mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Review IT risks regularly and complete risk sheets in ServiceNow.
• Organize and present quarterly IT Risk and Cyber Committee with KPI reports.
• Monitor and report on IT governance implementation and compliance.
• Maintain IT risk register and remediation plans in coordination with Security teams.
• Prepare IT governance documentation and reporting for local and Group level.
• Assist CIO in quarterly IT Steering Committee preparations.
• Lead IT control campaigns and monitor external audits if needed.
