Decskill, a part of the Astek Group, seeks an IT Risk and Cyber Analyst – SWIFT to join our Lisbon team. You will assess IT and cybersecurity risks, maintain the risk register, and ensure controls align with security policies in a multinational context.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity and IT risk colleagues across international teams, translating complex security topics for diverse stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in risk management and SWIFT-related operations.

Qualificações

• Relevant professional experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Information Security or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing and following up on remediation and mitigation actions.
• Experience analysing firewall requests and understanding network security principles.
• Strong experience performing and assessing cybersecurity controls.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of SWIFT environments is valued.
• Strong expertise in Risk Management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent ability to synthesize and simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
• Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate potential risks and issues.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international and multicultural teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English: Fluent / Mastery.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• Support the identification and assessment of security risks related to SWIFT environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT risk and other technical teams to ensure risk mitigation.
• Analyse and synthesise complex cybersecurity topics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to transversal cybersecurity activities within an international environment.

Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate

IT and cybersecurity risks , assessing their potential impact and proposing appropriate complementary measures. Manage and maintain the

IT and Cyber Risk Register , ensuring risks are properly documented, monitored and followed up. Analyse and assess

firewall requests , ensuring alignment with security requirements and policies. Maintain, challenge and regularly update

cybersecurity procedures . Perform

cybersecurity controls

and assess their effectiveness. Contribute to the continuous improvement of
