Decskill is expanding its Cyber Security Program Analyst role in Porto, Portugal, within the Astek Group network. You will strengthen cybersecurity maturity and IT risk management across an international organisation, evaluating maturity across entities and ensuring compliance with the Cyber Security framework.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across countries, deploy maturity processes, and contribute to a major transformation program while building knowledge

Qualificações

  • General knowledge of IT and IT Security, including key IT processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT Continuity and Backup Management, including DORA requirements.
  • Knowledge of Cryptography, including key management, certificate management and CKMS.
  • Knowledge of Network Security, including micro-segmentation and network architecture hardening.
  • Knowledge of a recognised cybersecurity framework, such as NIST or equivalent.
  • Risk management knowledge and awareness.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk topics.

Responsabilidades

  • Deploy the cybersecurity maturity evaluation process across entities within your perimeter.
  • Support entities in understanding cybersecurity requirements and providing evidence.
  • Assess submitted evidence consistently and in alignment with evaluations performed across other entities.
  • Communicate and inform entities about changes impacting cybersecurity requirements and assessments.
  • Facilitate the relationship between central IT providers and the different entities.
  • Document assessment results and prepare the reporting required by the program's governance.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving and enhancing the Cyber Program evaluation process.
  • Work collaboratively with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across different entities and countries.
  • Contribute to a major transformation program that is strategic and highly visible within the organisation.
  • Develop knowledge across different cybersecurity and IT risk domains.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Analyst!

Mission: As part of a Group Cyber Program team, you will play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity maturity and IT risk management across an international organisation. You will contribute to the evaluation of cybersecurity maturity across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with the organisation's Cyber Security and IT Risk framework and supporting the continuous improvement of the Cyber Program.

  • Ability to analyse and assess information and evidence critically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a globally distributed team.
  • Good level of english.
