Decskill is seeking an IT Risk and Cyber Analyst – SWIFT in Porto to join our international cybersecurity team. You will analyse IT and cybersecurity risks, maintain the risk register, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats in SWIFT environments.

You will assess firewall requests, update procedures, and communicate findings to stakeholders across multiple countries. The role requires solid experience in risk management, network security, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualificações

• Relevant professional experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Information Security or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing Risk Registers and following up on remediation and mitigation actions.
• Experience analysing firewall requests and understanding network security principles.
• Strong experience performing and assessing cybersecurity controls.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of SWIFT environments is valued.
• Strong expertise in Risk Management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent ability to synthesise and simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
• Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate potential risks and issues.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate IT and cybersecurity risks, assessing their potential impact and proposing appropriate complementary measures.
• Manage and maintain the IT and Cyber Risk Register, ensuring risks are properly documented, monitored and followed up.
• Analyse and assess firewall requests, ensuring alignment with security requirements and policies.
• Maintain, challenge and regularly update cybersecurity procedures.
• Perform cybersecurity controls and assess their effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• Support the identification and assessment of security risks related to SWIFT environments and activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT risk and other technical teams to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
• Analyse and synthesise complex cybersecurity topics and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to transversal cybersecurity activities within an international environment.
