Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess IT risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that risk management measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest risk management trends, threats, and technology solutions.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT risk management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT risk management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • English and French Fluent.
