Inetum seeks an IT Risk Analyst to join its Lisbon-based team supporting BNP Paribas Wealth Management. The role focuses on identifying and assessing IT and cyber risks arising from assets, projects and production environments within Wealth Management scope, with a strong emphasis on risk governance and reporting.

Hybrid work in Lisbon, English fluent required, 10–15 years in IT Risk/IT Audit in banking, ServiceNow GRC knowledge, and ISO 31000/CRISC a plus.

We are looking for an IT Risk Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks:

• Identify and assess IT and cyber risks arising from existing IT assets, projects, and production environments within Wealth Management scope.
• Monitor WMIS dashboards to identify potential IT and cyber risks, and assess identified risks according to the BNP Paribas IT Group risk management framework.
• Record, monitor, review, and report on identified risks, and manage remediation and mitigation activities related to IT Risk.
• Accompany projects to ensure IT Risk is properly taken into account and treated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse and report on operational risk including RCSA, Historical Incidents, Control Plans, IT Risk profiles, and Risk ID frameworks.
• Assess operational risk associated with production and project incidents, ensuring proper evaluation of financial, legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
• Record operational risk incidents in the risk tool with proper data and risk analysis.
• Produce IT Risk reporting, key risk indicators, and provide reporting for Internal Control and Management committees.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Management, IT Audit, and/or IT Security.
• Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management with practical exposure in the Banking industry.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Fraud, Data Governance, and Data Protection.
• Familiarity with IT System Development Life Cycle processes and methodology.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC tool.
• Risk Management certification such as ISO 31000 or ISACA CRISC is a plus.
• Strong data analysis, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• High regard for confidentiality and integrity of all confidential information.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, concepts, trends, and technologies.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken, required).
