Your mission

As IT Release Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating software releases across multiple teams and platforms. This role ensures that software development, testing, and deployment processes run smoothly, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. Through your strong leadership, organizational, communication & presentation skills, coupled with your solid technical background and critical thinking you’re able to connect technical topics to a non-technical/management quorum, leading the topics under your responsibility towards a positive outcome based on your natural constructive approach.

We are looking for someone with…

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar area of knowledge;
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Release Manager role;
• Concrete experience on Cloud and/or Integration architect and/or Dynamics 365 CRM;

• Strong technical background, with proven track record, that allows you to confidently speak up about:
• • Azure Cloud tech stack: Knowledge of Azure App Services, functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates.
  • Dynamics 365 CRM: Familiarity with deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications.
  • Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.
  • Azure DevOps: Project setup optimization, proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management.

• Excellent Communication skills that allow you to:
• • Lead topics across multiple stakeholders from different units in our Organization (IT and Business)
  • Oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery
  • Actively listen to issues and problems faced by technical and non-technical members
  • Produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes
  • Creating and managing release calendars and schedules
  • Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals

• Speak up in difficult situations, including to Senior Management, advising on technical solutions to a problem, removing blockers on the spot:
• • Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.
  • Collaborating with development, testing, operations, and business teams.
  • Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.
  • Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • The Release Manager serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
  • Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.
