Job summary

Safira is reinforcing its management structure by hiring an Associate Manager who will be responsible for full management of Safira’s projects: quality, schedule, budget, profit, team and client satisfaction.

You will ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures, coach team members, build relationships with clients’ key players, and participate in business development and project/sales cycles. Availability to travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Commercial activities experience.
• Client facing skills are mandatory.
• Experience in task management, team allocation, prioritization.
• IT services background with PM focus.
• Autonomy and business value sense.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Full management of Safira’s projects: quality, schedule, budget, profit, team, client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, procedures and resources to develop projects.
• Building and leveraging relationships with clients’ project key players.
• Business development around new customers and new solution offerings.
• Ensuring project success: quality, schedule, budget, business value, clearly communicated goals.
• Participation in the project/solution sales cycle to define objectives, scope, methodology, deliverables and staffing.
