Job summary

Consort Group ищет опытного координатора технических проектов для управления реализацией и миграцией решений обмена файлами и сообщений. Ваша задача — определить охват проекта, планы, этапы и Deliverables.

Qualifications

• Опыт более 6 лет в техническом координировании проектов или аналогичной IT-среде.
• Опыт работы с безопасными обменами данными и миграциями инфраструктуры, желательно в финансовом секторе.
• Умение руководить междисциплинарными командами, формулировать технические требования и эффективно коммуницировать со стейкхолдерами разных уровней.
• Умение управлять приоритетами, предвидеть риски и продвигать проекты в сложных условиях.
• Знание протоколов передачи файлов: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
• Понимание технологий шифрования (PGP/GPG) и протоколов TLS/SSH.
• Опыт работы с инфраструктурой, сетями, безопасностью и окружениями middleware.
• Знание инструментов управления проектами (Jira, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Координация проектов внедрения и миграции решений обмена файлами и сообщениями.
• Определение объема проекта, плана, этапов и Deliverables.
• Проведение технических встреч с командами и внешними сторонами.
• Координация инфраструктуры, middleware, сети и безопасности в рамках проектов.
• Обеспечение соответствия предлагаемого решения архитектуре и требованиям безопасности.
• Управление изменениями и оценка влияния на production.
• Мониторинг прогресса, рисков и сроков.
• Коммуникация между техническими командами, бизнес-акционерами и внешними поставщиками.
• Поддержка команд администрирования middleware во время реализации без прямого администрирования систем.
• Обеспечение документирования проекта и регулярных обновлений статуса.

• Coordinate projects involving the implementation and migration of file transfer and messaging solutions.
• Define project scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize and lead technical meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate infrastructure, middleware, network, and security teams throughout project delivery.
• Review and challenge technical proposals related to file transfers, messaging, and network connectivity.
• Ensure that proposed solutions comply with technical architecture and security requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of secure data exchange solutions using appropriate transfer protocols and middleware.
• Manage change requests and assess their potential impact on production environments.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve technical issues and unblock project activities.
• Support middleware administration teams during technical implementation without directly administering the systems.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external service providers.
• Monitor the impact of changes on production environments and help coordinate appropriate actions.
• Support incident management and escalation in the event of data flow interruptions.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards, security guidelines, and project commitments.

• You have more than 6 years of experience in technical project coordination, infrastructure projects, or a similar IT environment.
• You understand the challenges of secure data exchanges and technical infrastructure migrations, ideally within financial services or another business-critical environment.
• You are comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams, following project milestones, and communicating technical requirements to stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise.
• You can manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving forward in complex environments.
• Understanding of file transfer protocols: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
• Knowledge of middleware solutions such as Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, and IBM MQ.
• Understanding of data encryption technologies, including PGP/GPG.
• Knowledge of channel encryption protocols such as TLS and SSH.
• Understanding of network topologies, firewalls, IP ranges, and leased lines.
• Experience with project tracking and service management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of infrastructure, network, security, and middleware environments.
• Knowledge of technical project management, risk monitoring, and change management practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination skills and experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to lead meetings involving technical, security, business, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and incident coordination.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
