Xelerate is building a new Tech Hub in Porto and seeks an IT PMO to support ERP Transformation and governance across a global SAP S/4HANA program. You will coordinate across regions, track milestones, and manage reporting for executive leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget monitoring, and risk management while engaging with senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with 2–4 years in PMO or large-scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to ERP implementations (SAP experience preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT Director ERP Transformation with governance, coordination and reporting.
• Consolidate status across workstreams and track KPIs, milestones and dependencies.
• Assist in budget tracking, forecast updates, and cost monitoring with Finance.
• Maintain RAID logs and support risk, issue, and change management processes.
• Coordinate between global IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare internal communications, program updates and leadership updates.
• Assist in go-live planning, deployment readiness and lessons learned.
