BlueDynamics in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all information technology operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our digital systems. You will lead a team, align IT with business goals, and manage budgets and vendor contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, 5+ years in a managerial IT position, strong skills in networks, databases, cloud, and cybersecurity, plus excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar, managerial IT role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, databases, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all IT operations including hardware, software, networks and security.
• Develop and enforce IT policies to safeguard digital systems.
• Lead and mentor an IT team; provide guidance and training.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Stay current with technology trends and vendor management.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet technology needs.
• Monitor system performance and manage IT budgets and contracts.
