You will drive strategic planning, manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), ensure 24/7 operations, and collaborate with cybersecurity, auditors, and service partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading IT teams and budgets.
• Knowledge of ITSM ITIL processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT department and 24/7 IT OPS to support operations.
• Coordinate internal and outsourced technical teams.
• Manage budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and procurement.
• Oversee database and service administration.
• Plan and execute maintenance, backups, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with global teams on projects.
