A PSA Sines, S.A. procura um engenheiro de redes para gerir, manter e monitorizar a infraestrutura de rede, apoiando projetos de networking, automação e OT security.

O lavor envolve coordenação com equipas locais de IT, gestão de incidentes e melhoria contínua de redes. As responsabilidades incluem desenhar soluções de rede, colaborar com equipas de Cybersecurity e OT, e liderar iniciativas com fornecedores externos para assegurar operações estáveis em múltiplos terminais.

Qualificações

• Rede de Administração de redes com atuação sólida.
• Experiência com ferramentas de supervisão Cisco.
• Conhecimento de Routing, Switching, VPN e Firewall.
• Configuração de Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Conhecimento de redes, tecnologias e protocolos de segurança.
• Virtualização (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Conhecimento de Dynatrace e monitorização de redes.
• Conhecimento de uso de RPA para monitorização proativa de redes.
• Capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.
• Gestão de fornecedores externos (serviços geridos).

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar, implementar e migrar projetos com foco em Networking, Automação e OT Security.
• Desenvolver soluções de automação, identificar onde usar automação.
• Colaborar com outras equipes PSA e terceiros para fornecer um excelente serviço de TI.
• Propor melhorias contínuas em redes com base em expansão e tecnologias transformacionais.
• Implementar novos designs de rede e mudanças segundo padrões de IT, Cybersecurity e OT.
• Trabalhar com a equipa de Automação na aquisição de novos equipamentos e integração de redes.
• Gerir stakeholders locais, regionais e globais, estabelecendo melhores práticas.

Objetivo máximo da função (missão) - Manage, maintain, and monitor PSA networking.
- Support the networking projects in technical matters and coordinate both customers and internal partners.
- Work with local IT team and service management consulting team in the resolution of incidents/problems.
- Document and guarantee network changes will be compliant with cybersecurity, IT and OT standards.
- Work in line and collaboratively with IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and Automation team groups.
- Work in combination with Application Management team to avoid business disruption in critical systems.
- Work in process improvement as part of transformational roadmap considering RPA in monitoring and problem-solving anticipation.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Support the design, implement and/or migrate, and support projects with focus on Networking, Automation & OT Security solutions.
• Actively develop automation engineering solutions, identifying where automation should be used, and working with operations teams to implement solutions.
• Work closely and collaborate with the other PSA teams and third parties / vendors to provide an excellent overall IT Service.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous networking improvement based on terminal expansion and transformational technologies and propose improvement activities.
• Implement new networking designs and changes based on PSA IT, Cybersecurity and OT standards.
• Work closely to Automation team on new equipment acquisition and networking integration to existing networking setup.
• Manage local, regional and global stakeholders to stablish best practices and standards across other terminals.

Perfil Pretendido

• Solid background in Network Administration.
• In-depth experience in Cisco network supervision tools and component.
• Knowledge and experience in Routing, Switching, TShot, VPN, FW.
• Firewall configuration (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Knowledge of networks, technologies, and security protocols
• Solid knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Knowledge in Dynatrace, monitoring and other troubleshooting scanning tool.
• Welcome knowledge in usage of RPA on proactive networking monitoring.
• Good problem-solving, analysis capability and investigation mindset.
• Ability on managing third party suppliers (managed services).
• Strategic thinking and capability of operationalizing daily basis tasks and hands-on approach.
