Ready to bridge IT and finance in a global environment?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven IT Management & Financial Controller to support our Paris cost center and contribute to global financial oversight and reporting.

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversees Paris cost center activities, validates invoice entries, and tracks travel expenses.
  2. Analyzes monthly man-day rates and supports monthly accounting closures.
  3. Collaborates with Paris Finance, local teams, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial flows.
  4. Monitors IT expenses, re-invoicing, FTEs, and headcount across sites, while preparing reports and challenging data quality.
  5. Maintains and enhances our budgeting platform (Anaplan), manages access rights, and supports reporting needs.
  6. Assists team operations, contributes to benchmarks, and proposes process enhancements.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, or similar.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT.
  • Good knowledge of accounting with an Agile mindset in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of project management and Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional analysis collaborative tools (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Understanding of contracts.
  • Driven to teamwork and results.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to interact with various stakeholders).

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
