We are looking for an IT Lead Manager to work on a hybrid project in Lisbon. The ideal candidate should have:

1. Over 10 years of experience as a software engineer, with initial experience as an engineering manager;
2. Extensive experience and expertise in middleware technologies (e.g., API Management - Gateways, Orchestration, Governance and Documentation, Streaming, Messaging, Application Servers, Microservice Architecture, and related Patterns);
3. Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rule Engine (BRE);
4. Knowledge or experience in Platform Engineering is an advantage;
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
6. Willingness to travel.
