Jobbex IT is seeking an IT Lead Buyer to drive software sourcing strategies, lead vendor negotiations with SaaS providers and systems integrators, and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement policy alignment and monitor supplier performance with KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end sourcing

Qualificações

• 7+ years of IT procurement experience with software negotiations.
• Experience with SaaS vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent negotiation and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement software sourcing strategies aligned with IT roadmap.
• Lead contract negotiations with key vendors, including SaaS providers and systems integrators.
• Identify cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with procurement policies.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate usage of sourcing tools and maintain reporting quality.
• Support the evolution of procurement maturity across spend categories.

• Develop and implement software sourcing strategies aligned with the Group's IT roadmap.
• Lead contract negotiations with key vendors, including SaaS providers and systems integrators.
• Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier consolidation.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance through structured KPIs and a continuous improvement approach.
• Ensure accurate usage of sourcing tools and maintain reporting quality.
• Support the evolution of procurement maturity across spend categories.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Mastes degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in IT procurement, with expertise in software contract negotiation.
• Experience dealing with SaaS vendors and implementation partners.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes, from specification to contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
