PrimeIT is hiring a Senior IT Lead Buyer in Lisbon to drive IT procurement strategy and supplier relations. You will negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and align with the GDI department roadmap, while ensuring compliance and effective reporting.

The role demands strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and solid MS Office skills. Benefits include health insurance, training plans, and opportunities for international projects in a dynamic team.

Qualificações

• Experience negotiating IT contracts (7+ years).
• Experience negotiating with SaaS providers and integrators.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing levers from specs to contracting.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a IT Lead Buyer!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Senior (+7 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

What are we looking for?

Main Tasks:

• Establish a strong working relationship with key business stakeholders.
• Optimize cost and define preferred suppliers through a sourcing strategy implementation, negotiations, and synergies aligned with GDI department strategy and roadmap.
• Reinforcement of Supplier Relationship Management with strategic partners. Manage supplier performance with a continuous improvement approach.
• Act as an ambassador toward internal stakeholder to comply with procurement policy & processes.
• Ensure perfect use of company sourcing tools and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in negotiating and dealing IT contracts (Minimum 7 years work experience).
• Experience in negotiating with SaaS providers and integrators.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing levers and processes from specifications to contracting.
• Proficient in MS office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint).
