A Portuguese IT company is looking for an IT Helpdesk professional to join a dynamic team. The role requires experience in service desk environments and proficiency in MAC and Windows. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and the ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals. This position offers a collaborative work culture with both hybrid and remote options.

Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience in MAC and Windows configurations.
• Experience in Google Suite and Atlassian products.

• Availability to work fully on-site.

Qualifications

• experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
• background in Computer Information Systems
• experience in MAC and Windows configurations
• experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
• experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
• ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
• ability to communicate in English
