A financial services company in Lisbon is seeking an IT GRC Senior Specialist to support IT governance and compliance with regulations. You will undertake responsibilities such as monitoring security risks and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Electronics and experience in IT security. • Previous experience in Information Security is a plus.
• Certification in ISO27001 is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of enterprise IT security architecture, processes, concepts and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support VW Bank IT team on compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Implement and monitor a proper ISMS.
• Identify and assess local laws and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess local laws and regulatory requirements with regard to their effect on IT in coordination with the CICO.
• Identify new or changed subgroup‑wide requirements in coordination with the Head of IT.
• Monitor IT compliance requirements status.
• Support the team to execute and deploy overall IT Coordination activities within the scope of VW Bank responsibilities.

Objectives

Support the VW Bank IT team on following and assuring compliance with guidelines and policies regarding IT governance, reporting, regulation and IT security, both with local requirements as well as the ones defined by the Volkswagen Group policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow‑up local security risks and define control measures of IS content;
• Promote the best practices in security controls through the organization of security awareness trainings;
• Implement and monitor a proper ISMS (Information Security Management System);
• Identify and assess local laws and regulatory requirements with regard to their effect on IT in coordination with the CICO;
• Identify new or changed subgroup‑wide requirements (IT Minimum Standards) in coordination with the Head of IT;
• Monitor IT compliance requirements status;
• Support the team to execute and deploy overall IT Coordination activities within the scope of VW Bank responsibilities.
