NTU International A/S is seeking IT Experts for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform Facility in Lisbon, Portugal. Experts will support digitalisation efforts and advise on e-government systems, contributing to regulatory reforms and investment climate improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree and extensive experience (9+ years) in economic policy advice, with a focus on digital systems and development cooperation projects. Knowledge of French or Spanish is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology/digital systems.
• Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1).

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment.

The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth.

We are creating a pool of IT Experts – Digital Investment Climate for this project. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in IT, digital systems, economics, or related field

General Professional Experience

• Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments

Specific Professional Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology / digital systems

Development Cooperation Experience

• Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects

Languages
