Volkswagen Financial Services Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Corporate Lawyer. This role involves drafting and negotiating IT contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting legal matters across VWFS locations.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree and at least five years of relevant experience, fluent in English, and ready to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a lawyer in an IT company or in a law firm focused on IT matters.
• Experience drafting, preparing, and negotiating IT contracts.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for Banks.

Responsabilidades

• Support VWFS on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with IT Service Providers.
• Identify and propose measures to mitigate legal risks.

Legal and regulatory risk analysis

Contract drafting and negotiation

Experience with IT contracts

Data protection knowledge

Fluency in English

Formação académica

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
