A leading IT consulting firm is seeking an IT Application Manager / Business Analyst to manage Dynamics 365 Supply Chain applications. This role requires strong experience in supply chain processes and application management. Responsibilities include ensuring system performance, translating business requirements into specifications, and working closely with stakeholders. The position is full remote from Portugal, offering a permanent contract along with health insurance and training opportunities. Candidates must be based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and production processes.
• Experience in Application Management and Support environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain application.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Conhecimentos

Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM experience

🚀 We’re looking for an IT Application Manager / Business Analyst (Dynamics 365)

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (D365 SCM) application landscape
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
• Handle incidents, problem resolution, and change requests (AMS environment)
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Supply Chain stakeholders (logistics, procurement, production)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Propose solutions aligned with D365 capabilities and best practices
• Participate in system enhancements, releases, and testing cycles (UAT)

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, warehouse, production)
• Experience in Application Management / AMS / Support environments
• Background in Business Analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in international environments (nice to have)
• Good level of English (minimum B2)
