Consort Group in Portugal seeks an IT Administrator – File Transfer Specialist to manage secure file transfers and ensure reliable data exchanges across our infrastructure. You will support Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport, monitor transfers, troubleshoot connectivity, and document configurations, working with internal and external teams on connectivity projects.

The role requires a CS/IT degree, English proficiency, and a detail-oriented approach; hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto with a salary

Responsabilidades

• Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows.
• Participate in change requests for connectivity updates.
• Coordinate and execute testing of new file transfer configurations.
• Launch and follow up on connectivity initiatives.
• Configure secure file transfer solutions with high accuracy.
• Identify improvements to file transfer processes, security, and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of file transfer maps and configurations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external administrators on connectivity projects.
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments.
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch file transfer processes.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues with external system administrators.
• Document known issues and provide guidance to first-line support teams.
• Ensure availability and stability of the file transfer infrastructure.

IT Administrator – File Transfer Specialist

As an IT Administrator – File Transfer, you will be responsible for managing secure file transfer solutions, supporting business‑critical data exchanges, and ensuring the reliability of the file transfer infrastructure.

Build Side
