Mission:
We're looking for our next ISR Payload Specialist to integrate technologies that most people only see in magazines. From SAR radars to hyperspectral systems, you'll be responsible for ensuring the AR5 has the best "vision" on the market — whether patrolling oceans or monitoring complex terrain. If you have the instinct to select the best technologies and the skill to get them airborne, join the team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Selection: Identify and evaluate payloads (sensors) suited to different ISR mission profiles, balancing technical performance with system requirements.

• Multi-Sensor Integration: Lead the physical and logical integration of Gimbals (EO/IR, LTD, Multispectral, Hyperspectral, VIDAR) and SAR Radars.

• Maritime Domain: Configure and optimize maritime monitoring systems, including AIS (Automatic Identification System), EPIRB, and Maritime Radars.

• SIGINT & Comms: Integrate electronic intelligence systems such as IMSI Catchers and ESM Sensors, and collaborate on the implementation of critical communications.

• Control Systems: Ensure the payload communicates flawlessly with the aircraft's control system and the Ground Control Station (GCS).

Profile and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in mission systems or ISR integration, preferably within the Defense or Aerospace industry.

• Sensor Expertise: Deep knowledge of optics, radio frequencies (RF), image processing, and radar technologies.

• Product Engineering Mindset: Ability to translate an operational customer's needs into technical integration requirements (SWaP-C: Size, Weight, Power, and Cooling).

• Hands-on Integration: Practical experience with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and flight testing for sensor validation.

• Language: Fluent English (essential for negotiating requirements with global technology suppliers).
