Arrow Global Portugal seeks an Associate to support investment execution in real estate and related strategies. You will perform financial and commercial analysis, develop models, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment materials.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, private equity, M&A, transaction advisory or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies and investment analysis
• Advanced financial modelling skills and ability to build/review integrated models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, analyse and pitch new investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and business plans
• Support the execution and structuring of acquisitions, disposals, financings and other strategic transactions
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and materials for internal decision-making and external stakeholders
• Coordinate commercial, financial, legal and technical due diligence processes
• Perform market research, analysis and investment underwriting
• Monitor existing investments and support portfolio initiatives
• Liaise with investors, lenders, advisors, brokers and other counterparties throughout transaction processes
• Direct report to managers in deal execution and financial structuring
• Mentor and coordinate Analysts assigned to transaction teams

The Investment & Origination team is responsible for originating, evaluating, structuring and executing investment opportunities across real estate and related investment strategies. The team works throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing and underwriting to transaction execution, financing, investor presentations and closing.

The Associate will play a key role in supporting investment execution by performing financial and commercial analysis, developing financial models, coordinating due diligence processes and preparing investment recommendations. The role provides exposure to complex transactions and requires close collaboration with internal teams, investors, lenders and external advisors.

The responsibilities may include:

• Source, evaluate, analyse and pitch new investment opportunities;

Hard Skills:
