Coloplast in Felgueiras, Portugal, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to safeguard warehouse processes and data accuracy across E1 ERP, WMS, CIMBI and MES systems. You will supervise time slot planning, coordinate with Buyers, and generate reports while ensuring stock integrity and compliance with QMS and EHS procedures.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma and relevant training in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Proficient with ERP systems – Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% during startup, then 10% annually.
• Excel skills and English proficiency at C1/C2.
• Portuguese language is a must.
• Experience in medical devices is a plus.
• Customer-service orientation and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 99% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain master data in E1 and ensure interfaces with Planning and Quality.
• Organize warehouse layout and drive Lean initiatives to optimize flow.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on KPI performance.
• Lead and develop warehouse team across shifts.
