Revolut is seeking Information Security Engineering Interns to support monitoring, detection, and response efforts and gain hands-on experience in security operations. You’ll work with seasoned Security Engineers while contributing to real projects across Revolut’s global security stack.

Open to international applicants ready to relocate to our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Expect a hybrid role with ~3 days in the office and visa/travel support provided for Summer 2027.

Qualificações

• Penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's in computer science, information security, or a related field (graduating in 2028).
• On track for a 2:1 or higher (or equivalent grade).
• Fluency in English; strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and analysing security alerts to identify potential threats.
• Responding to security incidents and collaborating with engineering teams to fix vulnerabilities.
• Automating and improving security monitoring, analysis, and response processes.
• Supporting threat hunting initiatives and designing data-driven solutions for risk detection.
• Learning and applying cutting-edge tools and technologies for security analysis and remediation.
• Sharing updates with global teams and learning from senior engineers.
• Receiving regular feedback to support your development.

About the Role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We’re looking for Information Security Engineering Interns who want to support monitoring, detection, and response efforts to keep our systems and data safe from threats. You’ll collaborate with experienced Security Engineers while gaining hands‑on experience in security operations.

The Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new capabilities for our security monitoring and response platform

What You’ll Need

• To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, cyber security, or a related field (graduating in 2028)
• On track for a 2:1 or higher (or equivalent grade)
• Experience or an interest in software engineering (Python) and data analysis
• A proactive mindset and passion for problem‑solving
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• To be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, diverse team environment
• Full‑time availability for Summer 2027
• The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Experience with threat hunting, penetration testing, or Capture the Flag challenges
