Algomarketing in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a proactive Search & Operations Associate to join a fast-paced, cross-functional team. This role blends project management, operational improvement, internal communications, and AI-driven innovation.

You will own initiatives from idea to delivery, work with stakeholders across functions, analyse data and budgets, and help implement new ways of working using AI and automation.

Qualificações

• Experience managing projects or operational initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with budgets, reporting, KPIs, or operational metrics is an advantage.
• Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, or similar is beneficial.
