Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking an Internal Comms Project Specialist in Portugal to drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution. The role blends operations, internal communications, and AI-driven innovation, with hybrid work (Lisbon) and collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, analyse budgets and KPIs, and implement new ways of working using automation and AI tools while developing your project management and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Experience managing projects or operational initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with budgets, reporting, KPIs, or operational metrics is an advantage.
• Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, or similar is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
• Curious, adaptable, and always looking for better ways to solve problems.

• Take ownership of loosely defined projects, bringing structure and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and continuously improve ways of working.
