Job summary

Neverhack is expanding its international Secure MFT & B2B Integration team in Setúbal, Portugal. You will provide second-level support, monitor production environments, and develop robust file transfer workflows using multiple formats and protocols.

You will install and configure products (including Docker containers) and handle security and network tasks across UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT support or sysadmin roles, a degree in Computer Engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• 1–2 years in IT performing technical support, system administration, or similar
• Knowledge in relational and hierarchical databases
• Networks and communication protocols
• Object-Oriented Programming (experience in Java, .NET, or other languages is a plus)
• Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, and Windows
• English and Spanish level B2 minimum (certification not required)
• Nice to have: IBM Sterling, TIBCO or Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Development of business processes and file transfer management (XML, CSV, EDI, iDoc, etc.)
• Server maintenance, installation, and configuration of products (Docker containers)
• Configuration and management of communication protocols (FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S, AS2, email, REST API)
• Security tasks (encryption, signing, authentication) in communications and file processing
• Database schema definition, management, optimization, and updates
• Product installations in standalone or high-availability architectures, on-premises or IaaS

What will your day-to-day look like?

How can you achieve this?
