AUTODOC, headquartered in Berlin, is expanding its Supply Chain IT team and seeks an Integrations Analyst to ensure smooth data exchange between our internal systems and suppliers’ ERP platforms.

You will manage integration projects, coordinate with suppliers’ IT teams and AUTODOC developers, perform testing and validation, document processes, and help build a scalable, future-ready integration landscape across 27 European markets.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
• Coordinate communication between suppliers’ IT teams, AUTODOC development teams, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and support existing integrations, identifying and resolving issues when they arise
• Perform testing and validation to ensure integrations meet requirements
• Document processes and maintain the internal knowledge base
• Gather and clarify integration requirements with stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to improve integration processes and tools.
