SharpMinds UA in Lisbon seeks an Integration Developer to join a distributed team working on RegTech cloud-based compliance solutions. You will own integrations, plugins, and Power Platform extensions, collaborating across teams to deliver robust features.

We are looking an Integration Developer (.NET + JavaScript) to join an established distributed development team. The customer is a RegTech company providing cloud-based compliance solutions to financial institutions worldwide. They are developing a Microsoft Power Platform-based product that supports AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention processes. The team currently includes a team lead, Power Apps developers, backend .NET developers, and QA engineers.
This role requires more than basic low-code development. The customer is looking for a technically strong software engineer who understands the underlying platform, integrations, architecture, plugins, and system limitations. The developer should be able to take ownership, understand complex business logic, and contribute to product and requirement discussions.
Candidates with limited commercial Power Apps experience may also be considered if they have a strong .NET and JavaScript background, understand Power Platform concepts, and can quickly learn Power Apps development and plugins.
This position requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development life cycle. Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to code, test, deploy and document our existing legacy application and our new cloud-based platform.
