ITDS is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer for a leading banking client in Porto. You will design, develop, and maintain apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder in a highly regulated environment.

You will define architectures, ensure security and compliance, build custom connectors, and collaborate across teams through the full project lifecycle. Hybrid Porto work model with up to 3 remote days per week.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in IT with 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with PowerApps Model-Driven Apps on enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Custom Connectors, Data Gateway, and security for banking environments.
• Solid governance, security, and compliance understanding.
• Experience with accessibility topics is a plus.
• Exposure to Centre of Excellence or transversal roles is valued.

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in banking and enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge business applications leveraging the Power Platform to drive innovation and optimize operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact highly regulated environments and shape digital transformation strategies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Define and implement Power Platform architectures aligned with banking constraints, ensuring security, performance, and compliance.
• Design and maintain Custom Connectors and operate On-Premises Data Gateway for secure integrations.
• Contribute to all project phases, including scoping, design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure the quality, security, and accessibility of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in Power Platform and related technologies to foster continuous improvement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT sector, with 5+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Proven experience with PowerApps Model-Driven Apps and complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Custom Connectors, Data Gateway, and security topics tailored for banking or regulated environments.
• Solid grasp of governance, security, and compliance issues.
• Experience working in digital accessibility topics is a plus.
• Prior involvement in a Centre of Excellence or transversal roles is highly valued.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Desktop is advantageous.
