Hiscox SA is seeking a Solution Architect to shape our technology landscape from Lisbon, part of our Europe Technology Team. You will architect systems that support innovative insurance products and services, collaborating with diverse teams to align technology with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in solution architecture within insurance, strong API, Azure, and CRM expertise, and familiarity with core systems like Guidewire and Duck Creek. Hybrid work applies across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or IT.
• 2–4 years in Solution Architecture within insurance.
• Proficient in API integration, Azure, Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Guidewire, Sapiens CoreSuite for P&C, Duck Creek or TIA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design adaptable architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project leads, developers, and architects to deliver solutions.
• Scout emerging technologies relevant to insurance systems.
• Identify tech risks and fortify security and resilience.
