SYONE in Lisbon is seeking an Infrastructure / Systems Migration Engineer to join a large-scale migration project on a hybrid basis. You will migrate workloads across virtualization platforms, troubleshoot Linux/Windows, and configure networking, storage, and security components.

The role requires working evenings/weekends for cutovers and involves documenting procedures and collaborating with vendors and customers on migration activities.

Qualificações

• Professional experience in infrastructure, systems administration or IT operations.
• Experience with VMware and/or KVM environments.
• Linux and/or Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Networking knowledge: VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, firewalls.
• Storage knowledge: NFS and/or iSCSI.
• Scripting/automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell and/or Ansible.
• Strong documentation and operational procedures discipline.
• Portuguese and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work evening/weekend cutover windows and fixed-term contract.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate virtual machines and workloads between virtualization platforms.

• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and customers during migration.
