Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ability to structure problems, analyse issues, and support decision-making.
• Experience coordinating across technical and business domains.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience defining project plans, managing risks, budgets, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Define, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Business Analysts, Development teams, IT Operations and stakeholders.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project status reports and executive communications.
• Facilitate decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM methodologies and delivery practices.
