Nscale is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to oversee the owner-side OFCI coordination for a 200MW data centre programme in Portugal. The role covers procurement through to installation readiness, with hands-on oversight of substation and energisation interfaces.
The ideal candidate has extensive OFCI programme management experience, strong site presence, and proven ability to challenge progress and manage delivery risks across multi-disciplinary teams.

The Infrastructure Lead is a field-present owner-side role supporting delivery of a major data centre programme in Portugal. Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure & OFCI Manager, the role provides hands-on oversight across OFCI coordination, equipment integration, site readiness and power infrastructure delivery.
This position will coordinate high-volume OFCI activity from procurement and factory inspection through to logistics, site delivery, acceptance and installation readiness, while maintaining clear owner visibility of compliance, programme risk and delivery status.
The role also provides independent owner oversight of the substation and energisation programme, engaging with all levels of delivery teams to challenge progress, resolve interfaces and support informed decision-making.
