ADENTIS Portugal is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join our growing tech team in Lisbon. You will mentor technical squads, shape infrastructure strategy, and ensure reliable cloud and on-prem environments.

You will design hybrid architectures (on-prem + Azure/AWS), drive automation with PowerShell, Bash and Python, and collaborate with PMO to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in infrastructure roles with 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture.
• Experience with hybrid on-prem + Azure/AWS environments and virtualization.
• Solid skills in automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python; Ansible or Terraform preferred.
• Bilingual English and Portuguese; EU citizenship or Portuguese visa.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in infrastructure architecture.
• Design and oversee hybrid environments (on‑prem + Azure/AWS).
• Coordinate and support infrastructure and cloud-related projects with PMO teams.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking, security, and storage systems.
• Oversee Microsoft AD/M365 and Linux environments, including backup and monitoring.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ideally Ansible/Terraform.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure service reliability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and support decision-making processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure roles and 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture.
• Background as SysAdmin / Linux Engineer / Windows Engineer transitioning into Tech Lead.
• Strong experience in project coordination or PMO-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of: hybrid architectures (on‑prem + Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking, storage, and security.
• Experience with Microsoft AD/M365, Linux systems, monitoring, backup, and recovery tools (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.).
• Solid skills in automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python; Ansible or Terraform preferred.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring technical staff.
• Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
