WIRE IT, an IT services company based in Portugal, seeks an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process remotely. Ideal candidates will possess at least a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in Talent Acquisition. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a growing company.

Role: IT Recruiter (Freelancer).

Location: Remote, Portugal.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT sector;

Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, etc.

);

Experience providing candidate support throughout the entire recruitment process (follow-up/feedback);

Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism;

Excellent communication skills;

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
