PrimeIT is seeking an IT Administrator for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. You will perform level 3 support for file transfer issues, manage Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport, and ensure high availability of services on Linux or Windows servers.

Fluent English is required to interface with external system administrators, and you will troubleshoot connectivity using SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS, documenting issues for first-line support.

Qualificações

• Fluent English for interfacing with external global administrators.
• Experience with Axway software (CFT and SecureTransport).
• Experience managing services on Linux or Windows Servers.
• Knowledge of transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and network basics (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers).

Responsabilidades

• Perform level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement workarounds.
• Manage Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport for high availability.
• Monitor and follow up transfer processes (scheduled flows, real-time exchanges, and batches) and document known issues for first-line support.
• Interface with external system administrators in English to troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues.

We are looking for a IT Administrator for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks

• Perform level 3 support for file transfer issues, analyzing failures in data exchange and implementing immediate workarounds to minimize business impact
• Manage and maintain Axway software suites (specifically Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport) to ensure high availability
• Ensure a smooth follow-up of all transfer processes (scheduled flows, real-time exchanges, and batches), ensuring that known issues are documented for first-line support
• Interface directly with external system administrators in English to troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues

Technical skills

• Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English for interfacing with external global administrator
• Proven experience with Axway software (Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport
• Capable of managing services running on Linux or Windows Servers (stop, start, deploy, debug
• Technical knowledge of transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS) and network basics (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers) is required

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto (Portugal)

Language: English is mandatory

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
