Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent in Porto is seeking an experienced IT Administrator - File Transfer to manage secure data exchanges and ensure reliable file movement between internal and external stakeholders.

You will maintain transfer infrastructures, provide Level 3 incident support, and coordinate testing and deployments. Strong Axway, Linux/Windows, and networking knowledge are essential, with excellent English communication for international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with Axway solutions (CFT and/or SecureTransport).
• Experience managing services on Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, Firewalls and Load Balancers.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements for new file transfer configurations and data exchange flows.
• Participate in connectivity change requests (technical and functional).
• Coordinate testing to ensure reliable implementations.
• Manage file transfer platforms for high availability and stability.
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents and issues.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to support connectivity initiatives and deliver status updates.
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfers with proper documentation.
• Maintain documentation of file transfer mappings, configurations, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure precise handling of sensitive data exchanges to prevent loss or leakage.
