Zumub in Portugal is seeking a trainee Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to prospect and qualify influencers, onboard partners, and manage campaigns across national and international markets. You will negotiate terms, monitor performance, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to align offers and materials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• 1 year of marketing management experience.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to manage priorities.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.
• Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, ensuring ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.
• Plan and execute commercial initiatives and reactivate inactive partners.
• Monitor performance, identify upsell, cross-sell, and business expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.
