Zumub is seeking a motivated trainee to support its influencer and affiliate program in Portugal. You will engage with partners across national and international markets, onboard new influencers, and help shape promotional campaigns.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with real campaigns. 1 remote day per week in a dynamic, youth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing management experience.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage priorities.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.
• Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, ensuring ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.
• Plan and execute commercial initiatives and reactivate inactive partners.
• Monitor performance, identify upsell, cross-sell, and business expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.
