Qualificações

• Proven experience in an agency environment (communications, digital, social media, influencer marketing).
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale influencer campaigns.
• Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• People management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.

We’re hiring – Influencer Marketing Lead (Lisbon)

Job Description

• Develop and drive influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Content Marketing specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

• Act as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery against KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to pitches, and support the growth of the agency’s influencer marketing offering.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and creator economy insights to drive innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an agency environment (communications, digital, social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing agency).

• Demonstrated success managing and delivering large-scale influencer campaigns.

• Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Previous people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
