Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Lisbon is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to develop and drive influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, delivering measurable results.

You will lead and mentor a team of Content Marketing specialists, acting as the senior client lead and guiding key stakeholders. You will oversee end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, ensuring quality, efficiency, and KPI delivery, while identifying new business opportunities and contributing to pitches.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in an agency environment (communications, digital, social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing agency).
• Demonstrated success managing and delivering large‑scale influencer campaigns.
• Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
