Enfint ищет специалиста по инфлюенсер-маркетингу для поддержки кампаний в регионе Iberia.

Ваша роль — координация проектов, работа с инфлюенсерами и агентствами, управление бюджетами и контрактами, а также совместная работа с креативной и юридической командой для точного позиционирования бренда.

Qualificações

• Требуется высшее образование в области бизнеса, коммуникаций, маркетинга или сопоставимой области.
• Не менее двух лет опыта в инфлюенсер-маркетинге на рынке Иберии.
• Понимание платформ социальных сетей и поведения аудитории.
• Кандидат инициативен и способен вести проекты самостоятельно.

Responsabilidades

• Координация полного цикла реализации кампаний с инфлюенсерами, обеспечение своевременных и качественных результатов.
• Поиск, оценка и переговоры с инфлюенсерами across различных платформ.
• Управление контрактами, бюджетами и сотрудничество с внешними агентствами и внутренними командами.
• Согласование сообщений и стратегии с креативной и юридической командами.
• Мониторинг эффективности кампаний, сбор инсайтов и развитие программы инфлюенсеров.

Задачи:

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality results
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with influencers across various platforms
• Manage contracts, budgets, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for approvals
• Work closely with creative and legal teams to align on messaging and strategy
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to the evolution of the influencer program

Требования:

• Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field
• At least two years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the Iberia market
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviors
• Driven, with a strong passion for making an impact and pushing projects forward
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant approach
• Proactive, enjoy taking initiative, and able to manage projects on your own
• Communicative, confident, and comfortable engaging with others
